Day 21: rest, check in and happy Easter 

Another short one today because it was really busy and I have a early morning tomorrow.

First and foremost, Happy Easter to everyone.

Just alike every Sunday , this is where I weigh myself in and do my rest day. And even though it was a hard week to get my workout going, I have still lost weight.  This morning I weighed in at 216 pounds.  For those at home keeping score, that is 6 pounds in 3 weeks! I a, pretty happy with that. 

   I can’t really tell if there has been much change in my body, but I am feeling good about my progress so far.
I excited for this weeks workout because it is a change of pace.  This week will be a different focus which starts out with the yoga x workout for tomorrow.  Change can be good.
